3. Limitation of Liability & Personal Responsibility
Attending outdoor play areas, nature tracks, sporting venues, and family events inherently carries risk. Best Days With Dad, its owner (Adam), and its community moderators shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, accident, or property damage resulting from your reliance on information found on this site or your attendance at any featured spot.
Parents and legal guardians remain solely responsible for the active supervision and safety of their children at all times.

Unless otherwise indicated, all original content on this platform—including site branding, custom styling, curated editorial text, code architectures, and the proprietary "% Match" matching mechanism—is the intellectual property of Best Days With Dad. 5. User-Generated Content & Spot Submissions
Users who submit spot recommendations, comments, ratings, pro-tips, or outing photographs agree to abide by our Comment Policy and Privacy Policy.
By submitting material ("User Content") to Best Days With Dad, you confirm and warrant that:
- You own or hold the necessary rights to all photos, text, and details you supply.
- Your submissions respect child privacy standards and do not depict identifiable minors without express parental consent.
- You grant Best Days With Dad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to format, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and moderate that content across our directory and related platforms.
Comment Autonomy & Spot Submission Ownership
We balance community contributor privacy with the public utility of a reliable family directory:
- Full Self-Service Comment Deletion: Signed-in users have full access to delete their own published comments and discussion tips directly through the website at any time. When you choose to delete a comment, it is permanently and irreversibly purged from our active Supabase database records.
- Permanent Spot Submissions: Unlike discussion comments, spot recommendations, playground facility reports, coordinates, and amenity checklists submitted via the "Add a Spot" engine become a permanent part of the Best Days With Dad community directory. Once submitted and published, spots cannot be self-deleted by the user, as local families rely on these public amenity records for outing safety and planning.
- Account Deletion & Attribution: If you close your account or request the deletion of your personal data under our Privacy Policy, all your personal authentication credentials, Google metadata, email addresses, and profile avatars will be permanently scrubbed from our systems. Any permanent spot listings you submitted will remain live to serve the community, attributed to an "Anonymous Scout".
We reserve the right to edit, decline, format, or remove any community submission or comment that fails our quality standards or violates safety guidelines.
6. Affiliate Links & Advertising
