This reserve has been one of our favourites for years. With the Jubilee Parks large wooden, fully fenced play area (Built by the community), large grassy areas and plenty of shadded areas to sit A E Young Reserve is fun for all. There is plenty of parking avaliable and the access in and out of the carpark is relatively easy.

The playground was showing some wear during our most recent visit and the swings inside the wooden playground had been removed with "closed for maintenance" signs placed on them. The girls still enjoyed playing on the wooden playground and when they decided they wanted to go on the swings we just moved to the open playground.

All in all there is plenty for children to do and discover and with the added option of walking trails and BBQ facilities it would be very easy to organise a full day with the family here.

I love the wooden playground, there's always icecream there.

Jordy (11):
The playground could use a few more challenging things for older kids. The bars are a good height to practice my gymnastics tricks though
